Before You Book
Please make sure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions in full.
Services
All services are subject to availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
1. If you book directly with Callerton Parking through www.callertonparking.co.uk or on 08007839675/ 01912714760 there will be no cancellation fees, however notification is always appreciated.
2. If you book directly with Callerton Parking through www.callertonparking.co.uk or on 08007839675/ 01912714760 there will be no amendment fees should you wish to make changes to your booking. This does not include charges for extra days parking.
3. No refund is available for unused part stays.
4. If you park your car before the arrival date on your booking form then you will have to pay the car park for additional parking time. If you collect your car after the departure date on your invoice then you will have to pay the car park for additional parking time (charged by the day including the day of your arrival and return)
5. No refund is made if during the course of waiting for any journey should you decide to use alternative transport arrangements without our supplier's prior agreement.
6. In the event that you arrive at callerton Parking and are transferred to the airport but miss your flight or your flight is cancelled you will be refunded the cost of your parking less £7 administration, service and standing charge.

In accordance with our customer services policy:
3. Callerton Parking will endeavor to respond to all correspondence within five working days.
4. Telephone calls may be monitored.
Before You Park
1. Be advised that satellite navigation systems are often unreliable/ outdated, particularly in the rural areas around Newcastle Airport, so it is preferable to use the directions provided by us on this website or a combination of both.
2. Be sure to leave enough journey time to reach the airport. Although the transfer time to the airport from Callerton parking is 2-5 minutes exact transfer time depends on traffic, the transfer bus awaiting other passengers, and in busy periods the transfer bus/es being full. In the most extreme cases this means it could take anything up to an hour to reach the terminal following arrival at Callerton Parking. We will not be held responsible for customers who do not leave enough time for their journey.
Transfers
1. Our transfer bus runs on demand 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, customers must be aware that our drivers are only permitted to wait at the airport for a short period of time, therefore it is very important that returning customers call for collection ONLY once they have collected their baggage, cleared customs and are making there way to the collection point. Customers who do not arrive at the pick up point promptly after calling for collection, may be left waiting for much longer due to the minibus having to leave.
2. Customers must take note of where they are dropped off at the airport, as they will be collected from the same point. Callerton Parking drops off and picks up from the Airports collection point B. Customers who wait anywhere other than collection point B will be left waiting for extended periods.
Insurance & Liability
1. Callerton Parking are not responsible for:
• Matters that are covered by your car, holiday or any other more specific insurance. You must look to that for protection in the first instance.
• You (the customer) damaging your vehicle while driving it on the premises, events outside our control or events you have not arranged insurance cover for or have insurance excesses for. This includes damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the vehicle.
• Mechanical failures, terrorism, catastrophe/ natural disasters or criminal activity.
• Any deterioration of the vehicles condition whilst parked with us.
• Property left unattended on site, in courtesy vehicles and trailers, or in your vehicle.
• Any losses caused by you not leaving enough time for transfers to the airport.
• Delays in collecting your vehicle caused by you losing the receipts or not having some other proper authority.
• Any claims you make after leaving the site.
• Any consequential (indirect) losses.
At The Car Park
You (The customer and passengers) must:
• Be willing to leave you car keys with the car park.
• Arrive in plenty of time, follow signs and park where we tell you to, and not cause an obstruction.
• Let us know if you have a disability and need help.
• Tell us about any vehicle immobiliser, automatic security feature or modification for a disability.
• Remove all your valuables from the vehicle.
• Hand the vehicle over to us in a roadworthy, safe and legal condition with full insurance.
• Follow the minibus driver’s instructions whilst boarding, getting off and sitting in the minibus.
• Produce a receipt or some other proper authority when you come to collect the vehicle. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you cannot prove that you own it.
• Pay any parking charge due if you park longer than agreed. We can refuse to hand over the vehicle if you do not pay these charges.
• Check your vehicle carefully before leaving it with us or taking it away again. We have high power torches in the office available on request for customers arriving back through the night to check their vehicles.
We (Callerton Parking & it’s employees) will:
• Take reasonable care of your vehicle for the period you have booked and paid for, starting from when you give us the keys to your vehicle.
• Be responsible where we are proven to be at fault.
• Consider your vehicle to have been abandoned if you do not claim it at the end of your booked period, and do not notify us of any amendments. We may then make legal arrangements for disposal to cover our costs. As a last resort this may mean selling your vehicle.
• Reserve the right to store vehicles, under our jockey policy insurance; in an overflow site within 5 miles of our reception car park should our capacity be oversubscribed. Overflow parking uses Callerton Parking's effective, efficient and discrete security system including the use of cutting edge technology, perimeter fencing, guard dog-and-handler patrols etc • Use a battery booster-pack on cars with flat batteries. This may affect immobilizers.
Callerton Parking reserve the right to make changes to out terms and conditions from time to time as necessary. So please make sure you have check for changes before you park.
None of the foregoing affects your statutory rights.
