Our Meet and Greet parking service is reliable, efficient and hassle free.
General Information
When you arrive at the terminal you will be met by one of our insured, chauffeurs who will park your car at our secure car park. You will be given a receipt with our contact details, which you must retain for collection.
On you return to Newcastle airport, a Newcastle airport Meet and Greet driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal building with your car.
Newcastle airport Meet and Greet parking saves you from navigating your way to our car park and eliminates the need for our transfer buses.
Transfers
There is no need for transfers with Newcastle airport Meet and Greet parking, as your car is collected and returned to the airport terminal.
Arrival Procedures
Please telephone our main reception office 5- 10 minutes before your arrival at Newcastle Airport on 01912714760, or on your arrival at the terminal of you don’t mind waiting for 5 minutes. Park wherever you like in the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes), just a few meters from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you. (Our chauffeur will have your car details).
Departure Procedures
On your return to Newcastle airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone 01912714760 if using a mobile. Alternatively, call the freephone number on your receipt using any of the telephone booths in the airport. Then proceed outside the terminal and return to the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes), where your car will be waiting for collection.

All the directions below commence approximately 5- 10 minutes from the Airport
FROM A1 NORTHBOUND:
From the A1 take slip road to the left, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A696. Go along the A696 towards the airport and at the roundabout take the second exit (not including the quarry exit) into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, following signs for the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes). Our chauffeur will pay the £1.
FROM A1 SOUTHBOUND:
From the A1 take slip road to the left, signposted A696 Jedburgh and Airport. At the roundabout take the third exit onto the A696. SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696:
Go through the village of Ponteland following signs for Newcastle & the Airport. At the airport roundabout take the first exit into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, following signs for the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes). Our chauffeur will pay the £1 and provided you are in the correct car park will find you using your car details.
EASTBOUND on the A69:
Travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At end of slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right. Continue on this road and take 2nd turning to the left signed Black Callerton, (ignore 1st turning for the Airport).Follow road for approx 2 miles. When you reach the mini roundabout take the first exit onto the A696. Go along the A696 towards the airport and at the roundabout take the second exit (not including the quarry exit) into the airport compound. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, following signs for the Express Pick Up & Drop Off Car Park (£1 for 20 minutes). Our chauffeur will pay the £1 and provided you are in the correct car park will find you using your car details.

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car parks' terms and conditions.
